Conditions of Use
These terms and conditions (this "Agreement") are made between us.
DEFINITIONS:
We/us means
John Neville & Co / www.internetsolicitors.net, Solicitors and Bankruptcy Consultants of 135 Stockwell Road London SW9 9TN. We are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) under number 55311.

You means
Intended user or consumer of services of this site will include person(s) over 18 years of age acting with permission or authority.
Accuracy of details you provided means
Information and explanations provided to us in the Enquiry Form are true and correct in all respects and if later found to be incorrect you will be liable to us for all losses or costs incurred.
Your use of this website means
You agree to abide by the conditions of this agreement.
Fixed fee means
The fee quoted represents the amount you have to pay us. We guarantee that no further fee will be raised on you.
Full-Service means
The full service is where we will meet a client on a face-to-face basis and amongst other things carry out tests and checks, give a Costs Estimate, agree the level of service delivery which the client requests to assist the client to manage expectation and send an Engagement Letter to the client. If accepted by the client, then the Solicitor / Client relationship will come into effect as well as other issues which will be conveyed to client.
Paid Services means
We make a charge for our services. If you seek free legal advice contact the Legal Services Commission or a Franchise Firm of Solicitors.
Non face-to-face contact means
Where no face-to-face contact is engaged between the person requesting services (the client) and the supplier of services in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations.
Incorporation of Tabs to Website means
The tabs in the website mean that the descriptions, information, explanations set out in those tabs form part of this agreement and are deemed to be incorporated as if they were set out here in detail.
1. PROHIBITED SERVICES.
You will not ask us and we will not provide or respond to requests for advice or information in connection with questionable conduct such as, prostitution services, questionable substances or words alluding to ingestion of questionable substances; defamatory, libelous or threatening language, such as racial or religious epithets or language related to doing physical criminal harm to people or their property; vulgar or obscene language, any behaviour that might advocate or glorify torture, rape or any other illegal or harmful act; including child pornography, underage sex, bestiality, necrophilia, incest or paedophilia.
2. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITE.
If we provide links on our website to other websites we do not warrant that they may be suitable for you or your own business. You must make your own enquiries regarding their products or services and further we cannot be held responsible or liable for any loss, howsoever arising, which you may suffer as a result of using such links.
3. CONFIDENTIALITY.
Your information will remain confidential with us. We are duty bound to comply with the law and Solicitors Regulation Authority Code of Conduct and the Data Protection Act 1998. We take seriously our duties to clients and the profession.
4. PAYMENT.
We will not release any work until the full amount has been paid in accordance with the published Fixed Price and our Terms & Conditions and you further irrevocably confirm that the card details given to us are true and correct in all respects and you are the authorised card holder and no reports of loss or theft have been made in respect of the card.
5. SITE UPDATE AND AMENDMENTS.
We will from time to time carry out upgrades and maintenance to our site to take account of events and circumstances such as: changing market conditions, pricing policies, the law and general administrative upgrades. We will of course honour any purchase conditions existing at the time you purchased any service.
6. ENQUIRY FORM.
This will be treated as a request for us to provide information and we reserve the right at our sole discretion not to provide the service to that particular enquirer who makes repeated requests for clarification of our services.
7. GENERAL DOCUMENTS.
These general Briefing Notes, General Precedents, general Letter Writing (with Completion Notes) and any other Guidance Notes are sold "as is" and are of a general nature only. We do not warrant that they may be suitable for your purpose. If in doubt we suggest that you consider using our full-service such as preparing specific documents.
8. THIRD PARTY.
No third party will acquire any rights or benefits under this agreement.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
We own exclusively the rights to this website and the intellectual property, including its patents, trademarks, trade names, domain names, service marks, copyrights, trade secrets, proprietary processes and all other forms of intellectual property. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, no commercial use rights or any licenses under any patent, patent application, copyright, trademark, know-how, trade secret, or any other intellectual proprietary rights are granted by us to you. You agree not to create or attempt to create a copy, derivative work, substitute service or substitute product using the services provided under this Agreement or any information related thereto.
10. PERSONAL INFORMATION.
You will not create, publish, distribute, or permit the sale or re-sale of our works apart from using it for your personal use only.
11. LIABILITY EXCLUSION.
The general documents which are provided by us are intended to be for guidance purposes only and they do not constitute a general pronouncement of the law or legal advice at the time they were requested or supplied. We expressly disclaim all warranties and conditions, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose. We will not be liable to you in contract/tort/negligence or for any other direct or indirect act or losses, personal, business, loss of profits, loss of group relief or taxation concessions (including any experts' or lawyers' costs) you may incur as a result of or in connection with the use of that information. You ought to consider by way of "Cost Benefits Analysis" by seeking specific legal and other professional advice on your specific matter. Further, we do not warrant that the finished documents sent to you are free of infection or from virus, worms, Trojan Horses or similar or any new viruses. We recommend that you have effective virus software to minimise or eradicate these risks.
12. LEGAL REQUIREMENT.
The law requires us to carry out stringent checking of all new clients. You irrevocably confirm and agree that by using our Fixed Fee Services you are dong so as non-client and you agree that all the personal details you provided to us are true and correct in every respect. Also, you have no right of cancellation to this agreement by virtue of Regulation 13 of the Distance Selling Regulations.
13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT; MERGER; SEVERABILITY.
There are no representations, warranties, conditions or other agreements, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, between the Parties in connection with the subject matter of this Agreement, except as specifically set forth herein. If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, each Party agrees that such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the Parties, and the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
14. LIABILITY.
We will be liable for fraud. We remain liable for negligence regarding personal injury or death. If there is any claim against us we request that you notify us in writing with full details as soon as possible and in any event within 6 months from the event giving rise to liability.
15. LAW & JURISDICTION.
The documents and advice provided will be in accordance with English Law only and you agree in the event of any dispute to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts only.
16. COMPLAINTS.
Any notice or other written communication under this agreement shall be deemed properly served if sent by Registered Mail to the address of John Neville & Co, Solicitors & Bankruptcy Consultants, 135 Stockwell Road London SW9 9TN.
