| Witness familiarisation involves the preparation of a nervous, unaccustomed or even a seasoned withness to present a true testimony of his/her case. This will assist the court and all other parties. This is perfectly legal. However, witness coaching, which involves telling the witness what to say in court is NOT LEGAL and we will not get involved with that in any way. |
