The Principal, John Neville Singh, is a Senior Member of the Association
of Chartered Certified Accountants (Non-Practising) (Q1974), Solicitor (Q1981)
and an Affiliate of Insolvency Practitioners Association (Q2004- Admitted
Affiliate 2008). He has never been disciplined by The Law Society of England
& Wales or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants or the Insolvency Practitioners Association. He was a former Magistrate of Belize (dealing with Criminal & Civil Cases).
His business experience includes Auditing, Management Consultancy, and Taxation and he was once a Tax Manager for a top UK accountancy firm. He was also a Business Manager for a large commercial business.
He has gained invaluable experience with a firm of Insolvency Practitioners and was later employed as a Senior Insolvency Solicitor for a well respected City of London Solicitors. Whilst with them he advised Insolvency Practitioners on Bankruptcy and Corporate matters.

His Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency-is a rigorous examination covering bankruptcy and corporate issues (including the powers and duties of Official Receivers, Insolvency Practitioners, also understanding Liquidations, dealing with troubled companies and their directors). This course is set by the Insolvency Practitioners Association.
We are also looking at ways of developing good and sustaining working relationships with small businesses and growing accountancy practices to enable them to meet their own practice goals and enhance their clients' expectations.
